(More customer reviews)I wanted a new showerhead with arm and flange, and this one worked out great. It is a large showerhead with a substantial arm and flange, unlike the small builder's grade one it replaced. The flange (part on the wall) is a nice size and a nice weight...not flimsy at all. The arm is a larger circumference than the one it replaced and elegant as well..so solid. The showerhead with multifunction works well with my somewhat low water pressure, given options for 3 different spray patterns. I wish there was a fourth pattern, utilizing the larger area around the inner showerhead that isn't used at all, such has a rain shower spray, though that is the only pattern you get if you get the non-multifunction version of this unit..or so it appears...just many holes in the entire face. This unit only utilizes the inner circle for the sprays and with such a beautiful large showerhead, it seems like a lot of wasted space...though it works very well and looks nice. So I gave it a 4 star rating because of that, though it is a 5 star in performance and quality. It was easy to install as well. The hardest part was just getting the old showerhead arm off the wall.
